Commissioner’s Attorney Requesting Dismissal of Gun Charge

Boise, Idaho - Canyon County Commissioner David Ferdinand’s lawyer moves to dismiss, the cost of its customer tries to take a gun on an airplane.

David Leroy says not voluntarily from his client attempted weapon on board. Ferdinand was ready to embark on a flight to Washington, DC, conference on Feb. 28, when police found the gun in his Carry-on baggage.

Her lawyer said he had just the weapon was there.

Mr. Leroy Boise police confessed that Ferdinand is not in conformity with the gun nowhere.
