Commissioner’s Attorney Requesting Dismissal of Gun Charge
Boise, Idaho - Canyon County Commissioner David Ferdinand’s lawyer moves to dismiss, the cost of its customer tries to take a gun on an airplane.
David Leroy says not voluntarily from his client attempted weapon on board. Ferdinand was ready to embark on a flight to Washington, DC, conference on Feb. 28, when police found the gun in his Carry-on baggage.
Her lawyer said he had just the weapon was there.
“Because the statute requires the implementation voluntarily to a weapon in a safe area, and because he did not intentionally or deliberately, I expect to be able to negotiate with the Crown in cases of dismissal,” said Leroy.
Mr. Leroy Boise police confessed that Ferdinand is not in conformity with the gun nowhere.
It expects to discuss the case in the coming weeks.
Ferdinand is the intent of a dangerous weapon in a secure area of a crime.
