FTC and friends of the tsunami fight against deceptive marketing
The FTC, eight countries enforcement authorities and four Canadian authorities have 63 law enforcement against deceptive spam stretching auction fraud idiocy cure cancer.
The Agency, six of the State enforcement authorities and Canada’s Competition Bureau sent warning letters to more than 500 commercial emailers headquarters in Alaska, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, Washington, Wyoming and Canada, allegedly illegal chain letters fraudulent.
The FTC in particular against the four operations, allegedly misleading claims. The complaints assert that:
1 Universal and its direct providers, Linda Lightfoot and Jean Charles Childs ran F “Fail-Proof” multi-level marketing, Gifting program, participants falsely promised $ 10000 in cash gifts in a few months membership;
