New Idaho law requires children under the age of six to turn in Booster Seats
Idaho children up to age six, will soon be invited to board the vehicle Booster seats.In a special law signing ceremony of Scott Lowell Elementary School Governor Kempthorne today signed a law increasing the age limit of four to six and eliminate the weight limit of 40 pounds. The new law takes effect on 1 July 2005.
